Curriculum Overview
We believe it is crucial to have personal experience with the psychedelic medicine you are using with clients, in order to fully understand what your client may go through, and in order to provide meaningful support and safety. As a result, our training involves experiential sessions, which will enable all participants to be on both sides of the healing experience.
Our training also has a strong emphasis on ethics, which is of the utmost importance when working in these vulnerable states. We also recognize and accept that there are multiple ways to work with ketamine, which can be beneficial, as long as ethics are upheld. It is important to be familiar with the different techniques, styles, and protocols and to determine which way works best for you.
We choose to work in a relation style, because we believe a large part of the healing experience happens in relationship and because of this we will encourage and foster relationship within our training group. Please be prepared to be in relationship during this training, be fully present, be open to sharing, and be opening to learning more about yourself.
We believe in community and collaboration and encourage participants of all backgrounds (who have a license) to apply to our training. We all bring different skills, knowledge and experience to the table and we want to learn from all of you as well!
